Our Sweet Sweet Boy

We had the opportunity to have Hayden's newborn pictures taken by Michelle Kemp (a.k.a. Rusty Bucket Photography) and she did an amazing job.  We are so very pleased with the work that she does and wouldn't choose anyone else to capture these precious moments in our lives.  Thank you so much Michelle for sharing your amazing talent with us! Also an update on our sweet little Hayden.. He is such an amazing baby.  He is so good, rarely cries except when he is hungry or wets/poops through his clothes.  He hates to be burped, or to be interrupted in the middle of a feeding.  He is an amazing sleeper, and gets up about every 3 hours sometimes longer to eat each night.  He has recently been making a little bit more noise (cooing, not a lot but an occasional sound here and there) and he has also been smiling a lot more lately, sometimes we can even get him to smile.  Well I hope you enjoy these pictures, these are just a few of our favorites!

First Trip

When Hayden was one week old we took a little trip down to Idaho Falls with my parents and my sister Kelsey.  She had recently returned from her mission and hadn't seen our grandparents since she left.  I decided to take Hayden to go see them as well.  Here are a few pictures of our excursion.

It was so neat to be able to take Hayden to meet his Great Grandparents. 

Also this past sunday my brother Alex recieved the Melchizedek Priesthood.  Tyler was able to be in the circle to set him apart.  It was pretty sweet because my dad just recently got called to be in the High council and so he was the one to set him apart.  Here are some pictures from that neat experience as well.

2010

2010 was quite the year for Tyler and I.  Our year in review

• My Grandfather passed away, Love you Grandpa Ward
• Moved into my parents basement to save money
• Celebrated our 1 year anniversary\
• Went to California for Easter
• Found out we were expecting a baby
• Went on a cruise
• Tyler started a new job/ I quit my job
• Got a new nephew (Emmett, so adorable)
• Moved to Orem
• I turned 21
• Went to Idaho a few times
• Had a few baby showers
• My sister Kelsey came home from her Mission in Oakland Ca
• Tyler turned 25
• We ended the year off by celebrating the birth of our adorable son Hayden

Overall it was a great year for us, we had lots of new and exciting things happen.  Can't wait to see what 2011 has in store for us. 

So Sad

This is one of Haydens many funny faces that he makes.  It is so sad but I couldn't help myself, they just make me laugh.  He gets the faces from his daddy, not sure how he already knows how to make them but boy are they funny.

First few days

We have had so much fun with Hayden over the past few days.  It has definitely changed a lot of things around our house.  Sleep, we are not quite sure what that is and clean outfits on baby for more than an hour or two is great!! He has been doing really well since we got home he wakes up about 3-4 times a night when he decides he is hungry, or when he pee's all the way through his clothes and blankets, that doesn't make him too happy either.  We had a rough night friday night, he decided his tummy didn't feel too good and so he didn't go to sleep till about 5:30 a.m. he wouldn't let you put him down.  Luckily we were staying at my mom's so we took turns.  My mom took her shift, then me, and then tyler until about  5:30 when he finally fell asleep till about 8:30 when it was time to eat again :D .  Happy 2011 was celebrated with a kiss and crying baby because of an upset tummy, and I wouldn't have had it any other way.  We also gave Hayden his first bath and he did NOT like it.  Part of it could have been he was super hungry but he cried the entire time and it made me so sad.

Hayden Tyler

Hayden Tyler Cahoon was born December 28th at 12:44 A.M. He weighed 7 lbs 9 oz and is 20 inches long.  We are both doing great and were able to come home tonight.  We love him so much and just can't get enough.  Here are a few pictures, definitely more will come along with how things went!

Christmas

Well, we didn't get our little guy for Christmas this year but we still had an amazing Christmas.  Tylers' mom was able to come up and spend Christmas with us.  We got lots of great stuff and want to thank everyone for being so great to us and we love you all.  We had a great Christmas and were glad we were able to spend it with Lori, Trevor, Brittany.  Merry Christmas!
